Payments

Payments are collected for design services, consultations, sourcing, project support, and related design deliverables.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of design services, completed services and delivered design work are generally non-refundable. Any exceptions will be outlined in the project agreement.

Cancellations

Scheduled consultations may be rescheduled with advance notice. Project-specific cancellation terms are defined within individual client agreements.

Privacy

Information submitted through this website is used solely for communication regarding design services and is never sold to third parties.
